At International House Bogotá we endeavour to provide the service that you are entitled to. Please use the form below to give us your opinion so that we can provide you with an even better service.

Cancellations

If you are taking private lessons with us but will be unable to attend class, we would be grateful if you could complete the form below, indicating clearly the date and time of the class you wish to cancel at least 24 hours in advance and we will do what we possibly can to reschedule the class.

Please note that we cannot reschedule classes in cases that are communicated directly to your teacher or at less than 24 hours' notice.
