- Accommodation is normally arranged from the Sunday evening before the course begins until the Saturday morning after the course ends. If it is impossible to arrange arrival and departure times in accordance with these days, extra nights can usually be arranged depending on the availability of rooms.

You will have access to the laundry facilities in your host family. However, it would be appropriate to ask your host family before using them.
The school offers an optional transfer service from the airport to your accommodation for an additional fee of 40 USD. Conditions apply. See transfer service information for further details.
Our host families will normally be able to cater for special dietary requirements such as vegetarian or gluten free meals, on request.
Your host family will be located close to the school within a maximum of 25 to 35 minutes on foot or by bus.
In some cases, but we encourage our host families to speak only in Spanish, to provide you with an immersion experience and help you to achieve your language aims.
Airport transfers
We recommend that students with little or no knowledge of Spanish take advantage of our airport transfer service.

Note: The prices quoted are for transportation from 08:00 to 22:00 (arrival time at the airport). If the students need transportation before 08:00 or after 22:00 these prices will increase by 50%. Please note that we need the arrival information at least 2 working days before arrival.
